For the first time EVER the Austin PRIDE Parade is going to have a moment to acknowledge and honor the LEGENDS of Central Texas PRIDE!
This is an open call - please reach out if you'd like to participate.
The parade is the evening of Saturday, August 12th in ATX and we have walking spots as well as spots (Legends only + caretakers welcome!) on our truck/float. The float will be fully accessible.

This moment in the parade not only thanks our elders but it also serves as a reminder to the younger members that they will not be forgotten when they also age.
This moment is being organized by Rainbow Connections ATX, The Helper Bees, Austin Alzheimer Association, and the Austin LGBT Coalition on Aging.
