Rainbow Connections ATX Presents the first of their *FREE* Wellness Hour programs just in time for pre-holigay stress relieving tools!

Join us and Margaret Hughes, LCSW for this minds-on interactive workshop discovering stress management techniques.

What's Stress Got To Do With It?
Stress happens in all of our lives, it’s a guaranteed human experience. Oftentimes, our go-to solution is to try and remove the stress factor, or the external source of stress.
This can work for a short period of time but typically, there will be another stress-inducing element and we’re back at square one. I can’t wait to share the stress management techniques that work consistently to enhance the lives of my clients.

Do you really want to feel calmer and even peaceful?
